- Delivery of a transformational innovative program that redefined the role of communities in HIV program design, decision-making processes, and budget allocations at both regional and national levels.
- Successful execution of APCOM Community Summit, an annual regional gathering which has served as a catalyst for the creation of a cohesive community-led advocacy movement aimed at ending AIDS.
- In a span of 2 years, effectively mobilized approximately USD 1,430,962 in funding for APCOM’s project and core financial resources.
