My lived experiences as PLHIV and a gay man afforded me deep understanding of marginalised community. I inspire and motivate teams to foster an open, safe, and inclusive setting.

My leadership is grounded on authenticity, integrity and heavy-duty resilience. I strive for self-improvement and excellence.

Experienced change-agent with 7 years of expertise in strategy, program design, evaluation, MEL, and fundraising. Managed a multinational team of 8-10 members since 2017 and supervised completion of 25 projects.

I am results-driven, strategic, and decisive, utilizing collective knowledge to attain long-term objectives.

Since 2013, I directly collaborated and supported community-led organizations in various Asian countries including Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar/Burma, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, PNG, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Vietnam.

• Securing the leadership status of APCOM (a regional network addressing HIV and sexual health among MSM) in the overall HIV response.

• Delivery of a transformational innovative program that redefined the role of communities in HIV program design, decision-making processes, and budget allocations at both regional and national levels.

• Successful execution of APCOM Community Summit, an annual regional gathering which has served as a catalyst for the creation of a cohesive community-led advocacy movement aimed at ending AIDS.

• In a span of 2 years, effectively mobilized approximately USD 1,430,962 in funding for APCOM’s project and core financial resources.
