With over a decade of experience developing toolkits, policy briefs, MEL frameworks, and strategic information materials, I specialize in turning evidence, data, and technical recommendations into practical tools that communities can apply in real‑world advocacy and programming.

Rights-based advocacy

I advance rights‑based advocacy that centers the dignity, agency, and lived experience of people living with HIV and key populations. My work focuses on strengthening community participation in policy processes, shaping enabling environments, and ensuring that programs and decisions reflect human rights principles. With over a decade of experience supporting regional networks, conducting legal environment reviews, and engaging with multilateral agencies, I help communities influence systems that affect their health, wellbeing, and futures.
